Standard Shipping in Australia:
Flat Rate Shipping Australia Wide Metro Areas with Authority to Leave
(Excludes Oversize/Heavy Items and Regional areas) Oversize shipping and Regional Shipping will be calculated at checkout or contact us for a quote
You may receive two options at checkout with a metro and a regional shipping quote - you will need to select your correct quote for your location as if the wrong quote is selected your order will be cancelled/or the extra freight charge will be applied to the order.
If your cart is too large/heavy for our shipping provider checkout will not generate a quote - in which case please contact us for a shipping quote
Unfortunately we do not offer EXPRESS SHIPPING or PO BOX/PARCEL LOCKER SHIPPING at this time as we do not use Australia Post as a freight provider
Additional freight charges may be incurred for large or heavy items and deliveries to remote locations within Australia.

We regret we cannot ship outside Australia, however we specialise in delivering gifts within Australia to friends and family of international customers.
DELIVERY TIME
Orders are processed on business days, Monday through Friday, during business hours, excluding federal holidays in Australia.
Shipping for all orders will be handled by Aramex, unless otherwise specified or oversized. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
All parcels are sent as Authority to Leave
EXPECTED DELIVERY TIME
Domestic shipping takes 8-12 business days, plus an additional 2–7 days for rural and remote areas. These time frames cover the processing of your order and delivery by our courier. Delivery times can be longer during busy periods such as Christmas and can also depend on delays with the shipping provider.
Within Metro WA shipping takes 1-4 business days. Our Generation Australia is not responsible for any incorrect shipping addresses provided and shipping address can not be changed once shipped. When a parcel is returned from the courier and needs to be shipped to a correct address the customer is liable for the expense of re-shipping.
