Refund policy

  1. RETURNS

Our return policy is for 14 days after your itesm is delivered, if your purchase is in excess of 14 days since our receipt of your delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain circumstances where only partial refunds will be granted:

Our generation Australia reserves the right to refuse a refund if the product shows any obvious signs of use, is not in its original condition and packaging and therefore in sellable condition or is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.  

Our refund policy does not extend to damaged packaging as we can not make provision for items in transit.

  1. REFUNDS

Once your return is received we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will inspect the item returned and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 14 working days.  Please allow extra time over the Christmas period.


  1. LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

  1. EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at customercare@ourgeneration.com.au with your order number and details of the defective or damaged item to arrange this. Please include photographs to help us with you claim.

Important: To allow us to identify your order please ensure your return parcel is clearly labelled with your order number and contact details.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will not be included in your refund.

If a parcel is return to sender, the purchaser is liable for the shipping fees charges to Our Generation Australia.

If you are returning an item you should use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and accept no liability for items lost during return transit to us.
